Performance & Features
Rental Rules & Safety Guidelines
- Do not operate any machine in a dangerous or reckless manner.
- Only adult riders who have signed the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability are permitted to operate any rental machine.
- Stay within designated trail areas at all times. Do not enter areas marked “Do Not Enter” or private property.
- Racing or competition with another machine is strictly prohibited.
- Do not tow any other machines. Towing causes severe damage, and renters will be responsible for repair costs.
- Any rental machine rollover will result in loss of the security deposit and up to $2,500 depending on the damage.
- Absolutely no alcohol consumption before or during machine use.
- Stay aware of other machines and use extreme caution on blind turns.
- Never leave a rented machine unattended.
- Early returns do not qualify for a refund.
- Weather conditions do not qualify for a refund.
- All machines must be returned on time. Late returns will incur additional fees.
- Always ride within your skill level. Never exceed your safe limits.
- Do not exceed the machine’s seating capacity.
- DOT-approved helmets must be worn at all times while operating or riding.
- Machines must be returned with a full tank of 93 octane gas. Otherwise, a $5 per gallon fee will apply.
- Machines must be returned moderately clean. Excessive mud will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
- All riders must obey Hatfield-McCoy Trail Rules and Regulations, West Virginia State Laws, and Chasin Trails policies. View Trail Rules Here
- Rentals are only allowed on marked green (easy) and blue (more difficult) trails of the listed Hatfield McCoy Trail Systems. Outlaw Trails are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in loss of rental, deposits, and immediate termination of rental.
