Are there hidden fees?
The only fees that aren’t up front are West Virginia 6% sales tax, late return fee (if applicable), cleaning fee if brought back not sprayed off, refueling cost if not full when returned, MBA Insurance and delivery if needed.
Do you deliver machines?
Delivery can definitely be arranged within a reasonable distance. But please plan that with us at least a week ahead of time. Fees will apply depending on the distance.
Can I bring my trailer and pick the machine up, if so, what size will the trailer need to be?
Yes, you can pick the UTV up using your own trailer. The two seaters will need a trailer at least 7’ x 12’, and the four-seater would need to be at least 7’ x 15’. Your trailer must be street legal, and in good condition, and properly able to haul the correct weight.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a $1000 dollar authorization on your credit card that is due when you pick up the machine. Upon return of the machine, if post use inspection shows no damage, your deposit authorization will be relieved.
How old does a renter have to be?
At least 21.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. Cancellations can be made 30 days prior to the rental date with a loss of 20%. Cancellations made within 30 days of the rental date will result in a loss of the full rental fee. There are no refunds for early return, no shows, or bad weather.
What time does rentals need picked up and returned?
Typical pickup time would be around 8am, with 10 hrs. being the standard rental time. However, it’s possible that exceptions can be made to fit your schedule.
