Break Down Refunds:

Renter must notify Chasin Trails immediately after breakdown. Breakdowns are only refundable if the breakdown is not caused by the rental operator. We will do our best to get you another machine or fix your machine quickly. In the unlikely event that your rental has a problem, we will do all things necessary to get you back to riding asap.

Damages

Damage can occur in several ways. From broken plastic, bent metal, bent rims, damaged axles and CV boots, damage from machines being in mud holes or water above the air intake, and any other possible way. If damage does occur, the renter will pay all costs of parts and labour. If damages occur anywhere other than the Hatfield McCoy Trails, the renter will be charged the full amount of the deposit, no matter what the damages are; this is not negotiable. Damages are determined by if it is a mechanical issue that could have happened without fault, or may have been caused by excessively rough driving.

Helmet Policy

Hatfield McCoy requires the usage of a DOT-approved helmet. Therefore, they must be worn at all times.
